Handcrafted in Nepal

Our scarves are some of the softest and finest scarves out there, handcrafted by a dedicated team of craftsmen and craftswomen in the beautiful country of Nepal. A handcrafted scarf means you have a one-of-a-kind design: the measures may therefore deviate slightly from the indicated size.

If you have fallen in love with one of our scarves but it is sold out, we will place a new order immediately. It might take up to two weeks for your scarf to arrive from Nepal, so please bare with us. We will keep you informed about the shipping status. 

Payments

You can pay for our products using iDeal or Paypal. Add a product to your shopping cart and click on 'check out'. Fill in your email address, details and home address. If you wish, you can also create an account. Click on 'continue to shipping method' and thereafter 'continue to paying method'. Here, you'll be able to chose for either iDeal or Paypal to pay for the scarf of your choice.

Shipping

We ship your purchase with PostNL, within and outside of the Netherlands. We aim to send you your purchase as soon as possible. After we have received your order, it takes up to 3-4 work days for your package to arrive at the shipping address in the Netherlands. Outside of the Netherlands it might take a few days longer.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your scarf for another product, send us an email at kushi@wearekushi.com with your details and the scarf you would like to get in return. You have to return your initial purchase within 14 days. If your returned scarf is unused and in the same condition that you received it, we will send you your desired scarf free of charge.
